Max specializes in producing lucid and rigorously researched content solutions for diverse clientele.  He has brought his experience in developing evidence-based written content to help secure institutional financing for research and development projects, as well as to build out digital presence for entrepreneurs and seasoned organizations. He is an expert in the fields of international political economy and public administration. He is also a methodological pluralist who can craft qualitative case study comparisons or conduct econometric analyses (or better yet, do both). 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Willamette University (Salem, OR  U.S.A), and a Master of Arts in Comparative Politics & International Relations from the University of Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh, PA U.S.A).
