Emmanuelle is an accomplished project manager with a variety of experience leading projects in startup, government departments and humanitarian organizations. She is passionate about working with people. She partners with multiple stakeholders and brings people together around a collective mission to create, design and implement innovative solutions to problems.

 

Over the last years, Emmanuelle has worked in the humanitarian field, supporting strategic projects in Emergency Management.

 

As a Senior Program Advisor, Emmanuelle developed and oversaw the Employment Social Development Service Transformation Program for the Government of Canada. The Program, composed of more than 22 initiatives and projects, aimed at modernizing programs and policies for Learning, Labour, Income Security & Social Development. Leveraging the Managing Successful Programmes framework, she measured results to report on effectiveness in meeting program objectives. Emmanuelle and her team developed a tailored Agile approach for proactively managing projects and bring benefits to the end users quickly.
